I recently worked with the Addison Group on the sale of my home..

I needed to sell my home and I needed to sell it quickly. They were honest with me about what I could expect in terms of pricing and time on the market - even though I didn’t like it.. They were very attentive to my needs and no matter what question I had they were able to provide a thoughtful and accurate answer.

I had to rent an apartment and to be honest my credit was not the best..

Ray Sr was very upfront with me and let me know that it would be a challenge.. He didn’t make me feel insecure or bad about my situation but reassured me that everything was going to be OK… Sure enough I found an apartment.. It wasn’t easy, but they presented me in such a way to the landlord that they were willing to rent to me..

I'm not in the market yet but I will be soon..

I haven’t completed a real estate transaction with the Addison Group yet, but I have consulted with the Addison Group in preparation for when I am ready to enter the market. There was no pressure to get me to buy anything they and they certainly did not ignore me even though I was not in a position to buy immediately. When I am ready to purchase a property, I will definitely use their services.
